Managing Your Account Delivery & Returns

 

Shop By Category    
You can shop by category by clicking on the links on the left under “Shopping Categories ”, or by clicking on any of the drop-down menus at the top. On clicking the category name, you will be presented with all the products from that group. If you can not find a particular product for a category, simply email us and we will do our best to try to stock the product for you.

Searching For Products    
Type a product name or number into the search bar . You will then see a list of products relating to your query. Click on any of the links to see more details about that item and/or place the item in your basket. To bring up a wider range or results, try limiting your search to one word. If you cannot find a particular product for a category, simply email us and we will do our best to find it for you.

Recommend to a Friend    
You can recommend any of our products to your friends by clicking on the 'Email a Friend' link on the product pages. . In the window that appears, you can provide your name, email and friend's name and email. Type any message for your friend and click "Recommend". We'll gladly send your message with a link to that recommended page to your friend.

Methods Of Payment    
We accept Delta, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo, JCB, Visa Electron, and personal cheques.

Place An Order    
Placing an order is simple. Simply navigate our site to the products you want and when you've chosen the item, click the 'Buy Now' button. You'll then be forwarded to our cart page where you can either checkout immediately or continue shopping

Edit My Order    
If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to modify or change your order.

Cancel My Order    
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email, including all relevant details, asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order, however, you may return the item for a refund.

We are proud of the quality of our products and highest possible level of service, we strive to make sure you are completely satisfied. Art Meets Matter tries to ensure that every product that we sell will always be of the best possible quality. Each design made for us is quality checked at a number of stages in production. However, mistakes do happen and if one of our designs falls short of our quality standard for whatever reason we are happy to replace your it, like for like, with the same goods where possible or offer a complete refund.

Returns Policy    
If for any other reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may cancel your contract with us and return the goods. Your request to cancel must be made in writing (e-mail) within 14 working days from the day after delivery.

If you decide to return a non-damaged item for any reason within 14 days we will refund the amount less a 15% handling charge. For any items which are faulty or damaged we will give a full refund or replace them free of charge, (including postage) if they are returned within 14 days.

Custom-made items: We cannot accept refunds for items which are made to order specifically for you (like Prints or other artworks) unless they are faulty or incorrect through our error. We will specifically indicate this to you at time of order confirmation.

Returns Policy    
You need to retain the goods and take reasonable care of them prior to return. You may be liable for any shipping costs if the item is returned or exchanged due to reasons other than faults or damage.

To return an item, please wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all accompanying parts and literature indicating whether you wish to have a refund or replacement. Then send the package with your full name, address, order number, contact telephone number and email address to us at address below:

Important note: we cannot be liable for items sent unrecorded. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. We will issue a full refund on the price paid for the item within 30 days of cancellation.

None of the above returns policy definitions affect your statutory rights.

Coupon Redemption    
If you have a coupon, you can redeem it on the last page of the checkout process. Simply enter the coupon number and hit "Submit". You will see the coupon deducted from your total amount.

Create An Account    
Users who create a personal account with us, will be able to store all of their billing information with us, thus preventing having to enter it every time. To create an account, simply select "My Account " at the top of the page. From there, you will be able to register with us. You will also be able to register during your check-out process. If you do not wish to create an account with us, but wish to have your information stored for future orders, simply click the "remember me" option at the bottom of the billing/shipping page. The next time you come to our site, your billing and shipping information will be pre-filled for you! In order to take advantage of this feature, you must have your "cookies" enabled on your computer.

Forgot Username or Password    
If you forgot your username or password, simply go to the "My Account " screen and choose "Forgot my password". You will then be able to enter your email address and we will email you your username and password within a few minutes.

Edit Account Information    
If you wish to edit your account information, simply click the "My Account" button located at the top of the page. Enter your email address and password then click the "Sign In" button. Click on the "Update Your Profile" button and change any information you wish to change then click the "Update Profile " button located at the bottom of the page when you are finished.

View Past Orders    
To View your past orders, log into your account and click the link on the welcome page.

Delivery    
All orders are packaged with great care to ensure safe delivery. All orders are delivered via Royal Mail ‘Recorded’ or ‘Special Delivery’ service.

Orders are usually received within 3-5 working days, although we will always try to accommodate if you have a more pressing deadline, just contact us. International orders are sent via the most cost-effective couriers with all items fully insured to protect against damage or loss, all parcels are fully traceable and tracking numbers can be supplied upon request. International orders will usually arrive within 7-14 working days
