What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Delta, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, JCB, Visa Electron and personal cheques.

How do I cancel an order and get a refund?

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, send us a cancellation email including your name and order number within 14 working days of date of delivery. You may not cancel your order if it has already been processed, but you can return the item(s) for a refund. 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return the non-damaged item(s) within 14 days of the date of delivery. We will refund the amount less a 15% handling charge. (Return postage will not be refunded.) For items which are faulty or damaged, we will give a full refund or replace them free of charge (including postage) if returned to us within 14 days of date of delivery.

Custom-made items: We cannot accept refunds for items which are made to order for you (such as prints or other artworks) unless they are faulty or incorrect through our error. 

Returns Policy
You need to retain the goods and take reasonable care of them prior to return. You are liable for postage if the item is returned or exchanged due to reasons other than fault or damage.

To return an item, please wrap the package securely and send it to the address below. In the case of a defective product, provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all accompanying parts and indicating whether you wish to have a refund or replacement.

Always include your full name, address, order number, contact telephone number and email address in all communications.

We cannot be held liable for items sent unrecorded. For your protection, we recommend you use recorded delivery. We will issue a full refund on the price paid for the item within 30 days of cancellation.

How much is delivery?

All orders are packaged with great care to ensure safe delivery. All orders are delivered via Royal Mail ‘Recorded’ or Parcel Force service.

Orders are usually received within 3-5 working days of the order having been placed, although we will always try to accommodate if you have a more pressing deadline; just contact us. Canvas prints are handmade to order and therefore take a little longer. International orders are sent via the most cost-effective couriers with all items fully insured to protect against damage or loss; all parcels are fully traceable and tracking details can be supplied upon request. International orders will usually arrive within 7-14 working days.

***Please note that no orders will be dispatched during the festive period. Any orders received from 21st December onwards will not be dispatched until 7th January at the earliest. Apologies for any inconvience.***

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please refer to our rates in the FAQ.

What is your security & privacy policy?

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information  we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for two reasons: to process your order and provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies, we will correct them promptly.
